While every effort is made to display products as clearly as possible we cannot be held responsible for the limitations of various forms of monitors and display devices. If you have any questions about the specific colour of any item please contact us in advance of making a purchase on this site so that we can give you as much advice and information as possible.

Due to the current situation, some manufacturers may change a component, for a similar component for that of a similar spec without notice. Changes may also apply to the colour of products etc. We will communicate these changes as best as possible.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our online store is linked directly to our stock system and therefore availability shown on our website should indicate the availability of the product. However, it may sometimes happen that the information shown is inaccurate and this may lead to the product you have chosen being unavailable. In this instance, we will contact you as quickly as possible and arrange for an immediate refund of your money via the payment method used at the point of purchase. LK Driving Range regrets that no compensation can be paid in such instances.

WEBSITE ERRORS

At all times we will do our best to ensure that product information and technical specifications listed on our website for the products we sell are correct and accurate.

However, it may sometimes happen that some of the information featured may be incomplete, inaccurate or may contain typographical errors. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. If it comes to our attention that an item is incorrectly priced on our website we reserve the right not to proceed with your order as we are not obliged to sell any item at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

WAIVER

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by the laws in the Republic of Ireland. At no time are your statutory rights affected. ‘By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Custom Fit Clubs:

Custom Fit Clubs must be ordered in-store with the sales team as once the order is placed it cannot be amended. A 50% deposit is required to place a Custom fit order.

Please note: we do reserve the right to sell any product even if it has a deposit when payment has exceeded the 30 days or longer, your deposit will be provided back as shop credit.

Cancellation Policy:

If a product has been put aside with a deposit and you decide to cancel this product, please be aware there is a re-stocking charge. This is 10% of the total cost of the product and the remaining balance if any will be provided back as store credit.

Sale Items:

Please note: any products that are on sale are straight deal prices.
Depending on the product and model we can accept trade-in's, but the price will revert back to the original retail price.
